適用范圍：The immuno flurescence test is a procedure for the detection of antibodies in the serum. The requirements are valid for the visual interpretation of microscopic methods. The IFT prooves the compound of immunoglobulines on testing antigens. The compound appears by fluorochrome-marked anti-immunoglobulines. The IFT serves for the detection of antibodies and auto-antibodies of various classes and subclasses. The IFT, as described in this standard, represents methodical minimum requirements.
