適用范圍：This standard specifies a method for calculation of the lower and upper limits for the average outer diameter of cables and the outer dimensions of flat cords with circular copper conductors and of rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V.This standard is not applicable to mineral insulated cables and the method shall not be used to calculate the diameter ?ver the core assembly for determining the sheath thickness; the method given in Appendix A of IEC Publication 502: Extruded Solid Dielectric Insulated Power Cables for Rated Voltages from 1 kV up to 30 kV, shall be used for this purpose.Notes 1. — It is stressed that the conductor diameters in the tables are intended for the purpose of this standard only.The conductor diameters have been calculated with the data given in tables of I E C Publication 228: Conductors of Insulated Cables. Any change in the said tables may change the values of the diameter of the conductors in this standard.2. — This calculation method does not affect the upper and lower limits of the present types specified in I E C Publications 227: Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Cables of Rated Voltages up to and Including 450/750 V, and 245: Rubber Insulated Cables of Rated Voltages up to and Including 450/750 V, but is intended for use in preparing any extensions of the said publications or any new standards for cables of rated voltages up to 450/750 V.
