光學鏡片類檢測
光學鏡片種類繁多,根據材料不同,可以分為玻璃鏡片、樹脂鏡片、PC鏡片等;根據產品功能不同,又可以分為近視鏡片、老花鏡片、太陽眼鏡片、偏光鏡片、抗藍光鏡片等;根據鏡片光學頂焦度種類,可以分為單焦點鏡片、多焦點鏡片、漸變焦鏡片等。另外,根據鏡片折射率的不同,還可以分為1.49、1.56、1.60、1.67、1.74等。

太陽眼鏡檢測 Sunglasses testing
太陽眼鏡根據用途區分:一般可分為遮陽鏡、淺色太陽鏡和特殊用途太陽鏡。按照透射比不同,又可以分為0類、1類、2類、3類和4類。隨著太陽眼鏡使用越來越廣泛,太陽眼鏡的標準也在不斷更新,*近歐洲太陽眼鏡標準EN12312-1增加了根多新的測試項目要求,相信國內太陽眼鏡的標準不久也推出新版本。

眼鏡架作為眼鏡的主要結構件,起到支撐鏡片以及美觀的作用。眼鏡架技材質分類有金屬、塑料或樹脂、天然材料等,樣式主要分為全框、半框、無框等類型。眼鏡架測試不僅對結構力學性能提出基本要求,而且對鏡架的表面質量、材料耐蝕性作出了明確的規定。另外,眼鏡架作為跟人體皮膚長期直接接觸的產品,對其材料的有害物質含量及釋放量有著越來越嚴格的要求。
