msds報(bào)告有效期是多久有什么用途

一、常見的MSDS報(bào)告需按照16項(xiàng)內(nèi)容信息為規(guī)范編寫，具體項(xiàng)目如下：
1、identification of the substance/preparation and of the company/undertaking 物質(zhì)的識(shí)別號(hào)
2、composition/information on ingredients; - Risk Phrase 合成/成分方面的數(shù)據(jù)
3、hazards identification 危險(xiǎn)識(shí)別號(hào)
4、first-aid measures 急救措施
5、fire-fighting measures 消防措施
6、accidental release measures 出事故時(shí)解除痛苦的措施
7、handling and storage 處置和儲(chǔ)藏
8、exposure controls/personal protection 接觸控制和個(gè)人保護(hù)
9、physical and chemical properties; - ~ 14 items 物理和化學(xué)性質(zhì)
10、stability and reactivity 穩(wěn)定性和反應(yīng)性

二、辦理MSDS報(bào)告有效期限為多久？
MSDS報(bào)告五年更新一次，還有以下情況性需要更新：
1、MSDS所針對(duì)的物質(zhì)組分發(fā)生變化;
2、MSDS制定的法規(guī)依據(jù)有所變更;
3、MSDS針對(duì)物質(zhì)的毒性有新的認(rèn)識(shí)，比如原來認(rèn)為沒有致癌性的物質(zhì)，現(xiàn)在認(rèn)為具有致癌性了，因此導(dǎo)致分類標(biāo)簽變化。
