適用范圍：This Singapore Standard specifies requirements for eyebolts and ancillary fittings for use as permanent, fixed anchorages for the direct attachment of safety lanyards of industrial safety belts and harnesses and of devices complying with the requirements of British Standard (BS) 5062 and for no other purpose. Recommendations on the fixture of such anchorages to existing buildings and new construction are included together with methods of test and test requirements for assessing the suitability of anchorages.This standard is based on the use of safety belts and harnesses with lanyards made of 12 mm diameter polyamide, or nylon, rope complying with the requirements of BS 4928. The requirements and recommendations in this standard do not necessarily cover eyebolts and ancillary fittings for use as permanent, fixed anchorages for the direct attachment of lanyards of other sizes or lanyards made of other materials, e.g. chains. If such other lanyards are to be used, the user, manufacturer or supplier and installer should consult together.
