適用范圍：1.1 This Standard specifies the concepts, framework, test methods, and criteria to be achievedto claim conformity of Biometric Service Providers to the BioAPI specification ANSI INCITS358-2002.1.2 This Standard defines requirements and guidelines for specifying conformance test suitesand related test methods for measuring conformity of Biometric Service Provider components tothe BioAPI specification, and defines procedures to be followed before, during, and afterconformance testing.1.3 This Standard addresses only the testing of conformity of the Biometric Service Providersto the BioAPI specification. It does not address the testing of any other characteristics of theBiometric products or any other types of testing of Biometric products (i.e., acceptance,performance, robustness, security, etc.)1.4 This Standard focuses only on the critical set of functions/features of the BioAPIspecification and other requirements detailed in the conformance clause of the BioAPIspecification. Clause 15 includes all the BioAPI functions/features and lists the critical functionsaddressed by the Standard.1.5 This Standard includes conformance requirements related to error handling to the extentthat the errors are (a) generated by the BSP (not the framework), (b) explicitly listed as errorreturns in the function being tested, and (c) are feasible to be induced by a test application.Testing of all possible error conditions is beyond the scope of this standard.
