適用范圍：This International Standard establishes the information and interfaces required to permit complying centralmonitoring and control systems employed by one carrier or terminal to interface and communicate withcomplying remote communication devices of differing manufacture and configuration used by other carriersand terminals.The data-logging formats and message protocols outlined in this International Standard apply to all currentlyavailable data rate transmission techniques. These formats and protocols also apply to all future techniquesdesigned to be an ISO International Standard-compatible system.The performance requirements for the monitoring, communication and control system are given in Clause 4.The system compatibility requirements are given in Clause 5. All sections of this International Standard applyto all implementations, except where specified.
