適用范圍：This part of BS 8204 gives recommendations for the design andinstallation of in situ synthetic resin flooring, based on liquid syntheticresin binders in which curing takes place by chemical reaction of theresin components, used internally in buildings. The synthetic resinfloorings are bonded to direct finished concrete slabs,polymer-modified cementitious or fine concrete screeds and to existingconcrete floors.Annex A gives recommendations for the design and installation of resinterrazzo flooring.Synthetic resin floorings applied to other materials such as timber ormetal are not covered by this code of practice.The installation of resilient sports surfacings based on synthetic resinsis not covered by this code of practice.
