適用范圍：These Regulations relate to the core sampling and testing of raw wool and to the issue of IWTO Test Certificates and IWTO Combined Certificates, and should be read in conjunction with the current versions of the following documents:Determination of Wool Base and Vegetable Matter Base of Core Samples of Raw Wool (IWTO-19);Determination by the Airflow Method of the Mean Fibre Diameter of Core Samples of Raw Wool (IWTO-28);Measurement of the Mean and Distribution of Fibre Diameter Using the Sirolan-Laserscan Fibre Diameter Analyser (IWTO-12);Calculation of IWTO Combined Certificates for Yield and Mean Fibre Diameter of Raw Wool in Deliveries (IWTO-31);Measurement of the Mean and Distribution of Fibre Diameter of Wool Using an Optical Fibre Diameter Analyser (OFDA) (IWTO-47); andArbitration Agreement and Other International Agreements (IWTO Blue Book); in particular Articles 25,26 and 27.
