適用范圍：1.1 This International Standard covers the Class I(most severe) requirements for centrifugal pumpsused in various industries. It consists of a basic textcovering general requirements. The technicalrequirements refer only to the pump unit.Storage pumps are not included in thisInternational Standard. A separate standard will beissued by IEC.The requirements of this International Standarddo not apply to centrifugal pumps used inpetroleum, petrochemical and natural gasapplications. The requirements for centrifugalpumps used in these applications are given inISO 13709.1.2 This International Standard includes designfeatures concerned with installation, maintenanceand safety of such pumps, including baseplate,coupling and auxiliary piping.1.3 Where this International Standard specificationhas been called for:a) and requires a specific design feature,alternative designs may be offered which meetthe intent of this International Standard,provided that the alternative is described indetail;b) pumps not complying with all requirements ofthis International Standard may be offered forconsideration, provided that all deviations arestated.
