適用范圍：This standard is applicable to mobile cranes and, where appropriate, to mobile crane arms.Note Regarding security regulations, definitions etc for truck cranes see Swedish Standard SS 76X XX XX (in course of preparation).Mobile cranes to which this standard is applicable are objects of inspections according to the regulations of the Arbetarskyddsstyrelsen. The inspection is performed by the AB Statens Anl?ggningsprovning (SA) which is riksprovplats (official testing station) for mobile cranes etc. By inspection the SA shall check that the mobile crane offers satisfactory safety.If this standard is followed or if the safety is at least equivalent it can normally be assumed that the mobile crane will be approved.In sections 3-6 of this standard have with vertical lines in the margin those points been marked, who normally will be checked by the SA in a safety inspection. It shall however be observed, that this standard as a whole is a manifestation of the parties (i e manufacturers, users, officials etc) demands of how a mobile crane should be made from the safetys points of view. It will therefore be presumed that the standard will be followed to every part, consequently also regarding those rules who normally not are checked by the SA.
