適用范圍：This Draft for Development describes a framework for user requirements for Information Technology and presents some general guidance on the application of such a framework. It does so by proposing a way in which an enterprise (i.e. the user) can identify its needs for the services that Information Technology (IT) might in future provide, and can describe those needs in business terms.However, it is not a tutorial document and does not provide detailed guidance relating to the processes appropriate to specific needs. This framework for user requirements encompasses any IT required to support those activities of an enterprise that manipulate or depend on information in some way.
