適用范圍：1.1 This standard prescribes the methods of sampling and test for natural and synthetic perfumery materials. It also covers special tests for the detection of common impurities and adulterants in natural and synthetic perfumery materials.1.1.1 Brief outlines of the more important modern techniques of instru-mental analysis for perfumery materials, such as infra-red and ultra-violet spectroscopy, gas and thin-layer chromatography, have also been included in Appendix A.1.2 Quality of Reagents — Unless specified otherwise, pure chemicals and distilled water (see IS: 1070-1960〓) shall be employed in tests.Note — ' Pure chemicals ' shall mean chemicals that do not contain impurities which affect the results of analysis.
