適用范圍：This standard applies to welded compositeenclosures of cast and wrought aluminium andaluminium alloy enclosures pressurized with dryair, inert gases, for example sulphur hexafluorideor nitrogen or a mixture of such gases, used in indooror outdoor installations of high-voltage switchgearand controlgear, where the gas is usedprincipally for its dielectric and/or arc-quenchingproperties, with rated voltages.— 1 kV and up to and including 52 kV and withgas-filled compartments with design pressure— and with rated voltage 72,5 kV and above.The enclosures comprise parts of electricalequipment not necessarily limited to the followingexamples:circuit-breakers;switch-disconnectors;disconnectors;earthing switches;current transformers;voltage transformers;surge arrestors;busbars and connections.The scope covers also pressurized components suchas the centre-chamber of live tank switchgear andcontrolgear, gas-insulated current transformers,etc.2.2 ProductionThe production of the enclosures shall be inaccordance with documented welding procedureswhich shall be carried out by well trained andsupervised welding personnel. Where InternationalStandards (ISO or CEN) are not available, NationalStandards may be used.NOTE This standard will be revised as soon as possible whenISO or CEN standards covering the various aspects are available.2.3 Quality assuranceIt is the intention of this standard, that theswitchgear manufacturer shall be responsible forachieving and maintaining a consistent andadequate quality of product.Sufficient examinations shall be made by theenclosure manufacturer to ensure that thematerials, production and testing comply in allrespects with the requirements of this standard andISO 6213:1983. Inspection by the user’s inspectorsshall not absolve the switchgear manufacturer fromhis responsibility to exercise such quality assuranceprocedures as to ensure that the requirements andthe intent of this standard are satisfied.NOTE Reference should be made to the ISO 9000 series ofstandards for quality assurance systems.
