適用范圍：1.1 This standard ( Part XII) lays down the method of determining the shear strength parameters of saturated soils from triaxial compression shear tests conducted under consolidated undrained conditions with measurements of pore water pressures. It also describes a procedure.1.2 The test is limited to specimens in the form of right cylinders of nominal diameter 38, 50, 70 or 100 mm with height twice its diameter. The ratio of diameter of the sample to the maximum size of the particle in the soil shall not be less than five.
