適用范圍：Specifies information structures to be used for the digital representation and communication of product definition data. Use of this Standard permits the compatible exchange of data of product definition data used by various computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems. It is identical with and has been reproduced from the U.S. Department of Commerce's National Bureau of Standards Initial Graphics Exchange Specification (IGES) Version 4.0-1988. Technical Committee IT-006 has reviewed the content of this publication and in accordance with Standards Australia procedures for reconfirmation, it has been determined that the publication is still valid and does not require change.
