2017年11月2日，美國聯邦通信委員會（FCC）出臺文件，將FCC DoC & Verification?認證程序合并成SDoC，過渡期為一年，即2018年11月2日起FCC?將使用SDoC?認證程序。

SDoC認證要求

? ? SDoC是產品責任方確保產品符合其相對應技術標準要求的程序

–The responsible party, who must be located in the United States (provide their name, address and telephone number or internet contact information)產品責任方必須在美國本土, 且必須要有責任方的聯系信息.

–is not required to file an equipment authorization application with the Commission or a TCB.

SDoC認證不需要通過FCC委員會或TCB審核核準.

–Equipment authorized under the SDoC procedure is not listed in a Commission database.

SDoC認證的產品資料不會上傳至FCC官方的數據庫.

–The responsible party or any other party marketing the equipment must provide a test report and other information demonstrating compliance with the rules upon request by the Commission.

產品責任方或其它團體必須提供檢測報告和委員會要求證明其符合法規的資料.

–The responsible party has the option to use the certification procedure in place of the SDoC procedure.

產品責任方可以選擇使用Certification 認證代替SDoC認證.

–Equipment approved using SDoC is required to be tested, however, it is not necessary to use an FCC-recognized accredited testing laboratory. SDoC認證并不一定要在FCC公認的實驗室里進行測試.

Product’s Labeling 產品標簽

–Devices subject to SDoC are required to be uniquely identified by the responsible party prior to importing the equipment to or marketing it in the United States.

SDoC認證的產品在向美國進口或銷售前, 必須要有責任方的**標識

–Devices subject to authorization under SDoC can be labeled with the following FCC logo on a voluntary basis.

SDoC認證的產品, Label是否要使用FCC Logo是自愿的.

Applicable Product 適用的產品

FCC Part15B-unintentional radiators針對適用于FCC Part15的非意圖輻射產品，認證方式修改如下：

PART 18—Industrial, Scientific, and Medical Equipment針對適用于FCC Part18的意圖輻射產品，認證方式修改如下:

? ? Consumer ISM equipment, unless otherwise specified, must be authorized under either the Supplier's Declaration of Conformity or the certification procedure prior to use or marketing

消費類工科醫設備必須選擇SDoC或Certification認證去銷售.

Compliance Information 符合信息

–產品信息Identification of the product, e.g., Trade name and model number;

–產品責任方的信息The identification, by name, address, and telephone number, or internet contact information, of the responsible party. The responsible party must be located within the United States

–符合法規的信息A statement that the product complies with the rules, e.g., FCC part15.19(a)(3)
