歐盟的食品標簽法規分為橫向法規和縱向法規。

橫向法規主要是規定了適用于多種食品標簽的通用要求；縱向法規規定了各種特定的食品，比如酒類、蜂蜜、有機食品、牛肉等等。現將歐盟的食品標簽法規匯總如下。
